YES China sponsored Tourism Tasmania in an event held in Guangzhou. Foreign dignitaries, tourist agencies and special guests were invited to Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Guangzhou to a sumptuous lunch.
Designed by Executive Chef Marcel, Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey and Christmas Bush Honey was used for both the entrees and dessert respectively.
