DIY Oatmeal Honey Exfoliator

Thanks to its antibacterial properties and hefty serving of skin-saving antioxidants, honey is incredible for your skin. Whether you're looking for an inexpensive DIY solution or a powerful skin treatment, honey can help you regain your glow.

I find most of the off-the-shelf exfoliators are in fact too harsh on the skin, leaving my skin dull and dry. So I was happy to discover this amazing natural exfoliator remedy using oatmeals and raw honey! Oatmeal exfoliates and smooths skin while ridding pores of excess oil. Honey provides the boost of antioxidants to your skin.

Give your skin a weekly treat with this natural and gentle skin exfoliator!

A small hint: Leatherwood honey is a very good candidate both internally and externally for the skin due to its rich anti-oxidants.
